Synopsis
Mastery means to command or grasp superiority or victory. It also means an expert skill or knowledge. It means the capacity to produce result and also to master the principles underlying the way you produce results. This means creating results without constant struggle. In mastery, there is a sense of effortlessness and joyfulness.
Personal mastery involves learning to keep both a personal vision and a clear picture of current reality before us. If you are convinced that a vision or result is important you will be able to see clearly that you must change your life in order to reach that result and bring all necessary energy to the forefront in order to be committed to the changes necessary. It is good and desireable to seek mastery, but we should be careful that we don’t allow our greed and over ambitiousness to cloud us.
